Just a follow up on to my previous post:
Even though our accidents are not as dramatic as some in the above video, we ain't far off!
Looks like the juniors are not conditioned for more "complex manoeuvers" yet.
Looks like a revamp in training methods are needed.
Injuries are part and parcel in contact sports but at an average of one point five injuries every physical training, sooner or later M*M or SS* will come knocking on our doors!
