The past four days was like a dream come true....well close to it anyway. I always mentioned that the happiest days was poly days. I was fortunate enuf to relive those days again.....even though only for less than a week. Proofs that good times dun last long.

Always have enjoyed camping in Ngee Ann. Wif this batch of very 'on' juniors from Ninjado, it really brings back the good old days. And no.....not everyone in poly is very onz.....esp as the yrs go by.....can hardly see the spirit or life that was ever present in Sports Complex during my time. Now, more time(or most time) is spent on studies. N who can blame them? After all, it is the 'rite' thing to do isn't it?

Maybe it's due to the juniors nature of seeing things. Still in poly.....dun have the urgency or the responsibility or pressures of the working world outside. Sometimes its an enjoyment or to the extent of escapism staying wif them. U can't help laughing wif them over the slightest or lamest of jokes or actions like the one over the titbits vending machine.

Got to sleep inside the KTV room which was spacious n air-conditioned! A big improvement from last time where our lodging in most camps is inside the sports hall!
Our camp is also some wat combined wif the Astro Club's GL training camp which consist of ppl from NP 's astro club n other various JCs. The juniors also enjoyed high climbing action at Camp David high element section next to Kismis field organised by the Adventure Ropes Course ppl. Got to learn more on Astrology too, wif the GLs giving us lots of mock presentations on the sun, messial objects n lots more....
Also had a good time instructing them on throwing n weapon techniques n 'torturing' them during physical training....heh...Also laughed my head off for the comedic performance at the end of the camp.

But the best were the night walks!!!
There were three actually. One by our ninjas, one by astro ppl n an 'illegal' one by me!!!
Tried to see Ju-on on Raymond's laptop to create the atmosphere for the walk round Sports complex but found the show to be too lame. The following Ngee Ann Poly Ghost Stories prove more effective....esp when the security guards slowly switching off the lights around our room every 15 mins! Thumbs up to Raymond n Yu Hua for finding so many innovative methods to scare us despite the lack in manpower n logistics! The one by astro was suppose to be good as it was campus wide by as predicted.....was stopped by the idiotic oversensitive security guards(who almost wanted to wheel clamp my lorry too). The final 'walk' was to Blk 34 where my dept was. It's an unauthorised trip to the back of the campus just for the thrill of it!! Of course, I only assembled a small group of my ninjas for this trip. Mission? To reach our destination without being spotted by the security guards or the countless amt of cameras n motion sensors. Strategies were devised to achieve those as though we were real ninjas on an assasination mission!!! HAH! Had plenty of fun due to the risk involved.

Thanx overall to Peixing for making all this possible even though u have to juggle ur attachment n the astro side as well as our camp!!..... Da Jie for doing the "chicky dance" high up at Camp David(voluntary or not!)...... Raymond for ur laptop n for organising the camp. Yuhua for ur endless lame jokes, organising the camp n ur expertise for recognising the sight n sound of cameras n motion sensors even in complete darkness.....Willy the 15 yr old xiao di from marine parade cc who is just as crap......n of course geraldene for her infinite onz-ness n decibels.....(the world would be a quiter place without ya, but who wants that!!! hah!) n for tugging so hard at my fav wind-breaker during the night walk hoh! NO ghost one lah!!! n all the rest for their display of enthusiasm for the four days!!!

Ok back to the real world..........
