hah...finally got to work out abit wif alvin(Lau...too many Alvins around liao) at ke...even though not much but still got me moving.....actually feels happy.......much more like myself again. Been too long a
coach potato....or an internet one.
Looking forward to tomorrow where i got a whole full day of programs lined up.......
