The end of my self-proclaimed 2 weeks break has come to an end. The Month of Jan will be Hell month as I try to piah and complete my Human Physiology assignment, and try to to cramp as much info down for Human Anatomy practical mid term and as well as the Finals for all 3 modules that will come in the first week of Feb. This will be killer. So much for CNY... but at least the extra holidays will be good to use for studying since there isn't much relative to visit (if any).

Cramping info aside, I have learnt a very impt lesson after last monday's training. Exercise MUST continue. Just a short 2 months of sendentary lifestyle sent my body into a direct downwards spiral of atrophy. Still hurting now but happy. It's what I do to feel alive. What's the pt of studying about sports if the cost is a degenerated lifestyle and physical/mental health?
Even though my studying schedule will be tight in Jan, I have decided: Thurs trainings I will continue. Let it be my periodisation warmup and Feb holidays will be an all out forward to recover whateva physical fitness I can muster. Weixin might also be joining me too.
But for now.... blog goes into another 1 month retreat.
